Our hands-on approach ensures that we work together to bring about positive change and create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.
Our Story
Enrichment Coaching Services & Associates, Inc. was born out of a deep and personal commitment to disrupting cycles of instability and unmet potential—especially among youth aging out of the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. As a longtime Director of therapeutic residential care facilities, I spent over 40 years witnessing the heartbreaking reality of young people leaving residential placements ill-prepared for adulthood, thrust into independence without the tools, support, or safety nets to succeed. Far too many of them slipped through the cracks—becoming part of the growing population of unhoused, underemployed, and emotionally unwell adults.
That painful reality became the catalyst for change.
ECS was established to be a preventive solution—a platform to bridge the gap between survival and self-sufficiency, between broken systems and whole individuals. We believe that with the right coaching, community-based programs, and compassionate accountability, every individual—regardless of their past—can create a thriving future.
What began as a response to youth in crisis has evolved into a comprehensive empowerment ecosystem serving vulnerable populations across life stages. Through our Life After Placement Programs (LAPP), LovingThyself Residential & Retreat Services, and Executive & Leadership Coaching, ECS empowers individuals, professionals, and program leaders to transform their lives, their organizations, and their communities.
