At Enrichment Coaching Services & Associates, Inc., we empower transformation. Through housing, coaching, and holistic support, we help individuals and families overcome life’s toughest challenges—from homelessness and trauma to professional stagnation. Our mission is to cultivate resilience, promote self-sufficiency, and create sustainable pathways to wellness and independence through compassionate care, strategic coaching, and community-driven programming.

We envision a community where every person—especially those transitioning from trauma, systems of care, or life-altering challenges—has access to stable housing, healing spaces, and strategic support that ignite personal empowerment, professional growth, and lasting wellness.

Enrichment Coaching Services & Associates, Inc. was founded from lived experience, purpose, and a deep commitment to helping individuals rediscover their strength during life’s most challenging seasons. ECS exists to empower people through coaching, supportive services, and intentional community—creating spaces where healing, growth, and self-worth can flourish. Our work is rooted in compassion, integrity, and the belief that transformation is possible when individuals are supported, encouraged, and equipped with the right tools. Director of Residential Services Statement

The Director of Residential Services at Enrichment Coaching Services & Associates, Inc. is committed to creating safe, supportive, and empowering residential environments where individuals can stabilize, heal, and grow. This role ensures that residential programs are operated with integrity, compliance, and compassion—balancing structure with dignity and accountability with care. Guided by trauma-informed and person-centered principles, the Director oversees program quality, staff support, and service delivery to ensure residents are treated with respect and provided opportunities to build independence, resilience, and life skills. Our approach prioritizes well-being, collaboration, and excellence in care while maintaining strong partnerships with families, service providers, and community stakeholders.
