ECS & Associates Self-Sufficiency Program is a critical component of ECS's Services. It is our Primary Goal to provide assistance which will aid individuals/participants to successfully achieve their goals and make tangible progress towards independence.   

Associate Referral Services allows ECS to match it's client needs to the most helpful community-based resources.  ECS Associates are also committed to providing trainings, workshops and in-services to ECS Participant.  

Enrichment Coaching Services & Associates are committed to working with Service Providers types of organizations that typically share similar visions of providing employment and training strategies for low-income adults  reducing homelessness rates for at-risk individuals, providing personal growth and development and Life Coaching.
