Life After Placement Program (LAPP)
The Life After Placement Program (LAPP), offered by Enrichment Coaching Services & Associates, Inc., is a comprehensive, mobile Independent Living Skills (ILS) and life coaching program designed to meet individuals where they are—literally and in life.
LAPP provides personalized one-on-one and group-based support, equipping participants with the practical skills, resources, and confidence needed to achieve stability, independence, and long-term success.
Our Three LAPP Service Approaches
🔹 LAPP – Placement (Non-Minor Dependents)
Designed for individuals ages 18 and over transitioning out of DPSS/DCFS foster care, this program offers structured support during a critical life stage. Participants receive hands-on coaching, life skills training, and transitional guidance to help them successfully navigate independent living, employment, education, and housing.
🔹 LAPP – Parental Care Homeless Prevention
This approach supports individuals and families who are displaced or at risk of homelessness. Services include housing navigation, resource connection, and independent living skills training, all aimed at promoting housing stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term prevention of homelessness.
🔹 LAPP – Parole/Probation Reentry Support
Focused on individuals recently released from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, this program provides comprehensive reentry support. Participants receive transitional planning, life coaching, employment readiness, and reintegration services to help them rebuild their lives and successfully reintegrate into the community.
